Alerts Not seen vis Alert Monitor

Dear All,

I am facing some problems while using Alert Monitor in SCM 5.0.

I have created some database alerts. I have already assigned the Alert Profile also. I am able to see the Alerts in interactive planning. However when I try to view the alerts from Alert Monitor, I cannot see those.

Following is the list of steps carried out:

1. Created Overall profile and also a SDP Profile

2. Maintained settings for Alert Determination in the background.

Please let me know if you have encountered a similar situation before.

Dear Kedar,

When u execute the ALERT MONITOR the control goes via the BADI '/SAPAPO/AM_ALERTLIST'. So there may be some checks in the BADI which avoids it from displaying it in the monitor.
