We are attempting to implement a large number of XI Web Services to replace the existing SAP .NET Connector Services. The issue we have is that .Net connector generated code that uses Microsoft Datasets and therefore the client .Net code was also written using Datasets. As far as I can see, to enable XI Web Services to be consumed by the existing client apps either will require significant manipulation of the WSDLs or rewriting numerous client apps. Both options are not acceptable. Before we put this into the too hard basket, has anybody else found a more elegant solution.
