problem during install

hi experts,

during installing sap netweaver sneak preview 2004s i got the following error msg...

ERROR 2007-06-26 12:43:34

FJS-00003 TypeError: (new FileMgt()).getNode(PropertyFileFullPath) has no properties (in script InstallationScript_21, line 8488: ???)

could anybody help on this issue,
