ISR Adobe PDF Comment (ISR_NEW_LONG_TEXT)

Hi,

We created a Scenario with Entry using Adobe PDF. Our problem occurs during the approval of the notification. When you try to Add a comment, your comment is not being saved. I bind the Add Comment field to ISR_NEW_LONG_TEXT. This only happens when we try to submit the notification in the UWL. When we try to test the form in txn QISRSCENARIO, the comments are being saved.

I just found out that the reason why the new comments is not being saved during the approval of the scenario, it is because the ISR_MODE is in display mode. Is there a way I can change the ISR_MODE?

Hi Anto,

The old comments (ISR_LONG_TEXT) appears in the notification, only the new comments (ISR_NEW_LONG_TEXT) is not being saved in the notification. Here are the Release and patch level of our system:

SAP Logon 640, ECC 6.0,

Patch Level: 23

Adobe Live Cycle Designer 7.09
