Can anybody tell me how i can use the "MDM data manager",please give me some detailed materials which can guide me to learn the usage of "MDM data manager" step by step.

Hi alex

Data manger is nothing but MDM Client.

refer this step-by step guide on SAP help portal, it is really worth understanding concept as well the steps to work with Data manager

After opening it .. click this '<-->' red icon in front of topic name .. This will expand the tree structure so that you can navigate though each topic
