Dear all,
Can anyone tell me the difference b/w Horizontal SWCV and Vertical SWCV.
Thanks and regards,
Harikumar. S
Hi Hari,
I have heard these terms for the very first time and I do not think there will be something like it. May I know where dis you come across these terms as vertical and horizontal SWCV? Also let me know if you find any answer for it.

Hi,
It is just a way of clubbing up objects within a common interface. Here in vertical SWCV all the DT, MT, SI, etc are maintained and in horizontal SWCV all the MM, OM, etc are maintained. All the SWCV should have dependency created.
eg: say an interface between A->B, there will be two vertical SWCV A and B which holds its respective DT, MT, etc....Then there will be a commom SWCV C for maintaining the MM,OM, etc...
