coverting to pdf format

hi all,

when i try to print the sap script layout of an invoice ( in potrait format ) it is printed correctly.But the same when coverted into a pdf file - gets printed in landscape format.......................wat could be wrong. kindly giv a solution

Just open the PDF file and check the Print setup there. May be it is set as landscape there.

nope its potrait only in the print setup..........is the format being set by any other program for the conversion

Hi,

Try printing some other pdf document and find whether the problem is happening for all the pdf documents.

Hi kavitha,

That is what I asked you in my last post :).

Now just open the PDF, goto -> File -> Print Setup and check here if the Landscape is checked, if it is then check the portrait.
