Sales View _ screen

In Sales order print preview screen at the bottom , They are maintaing Note like...

Customer call center + 312 02142 12 , Email - cus@xx.com , Fax: + 212 02121 21

Its suppose to display this only.

But in print preview screen , I am getting different number : + 312 02112 21 Email : cus@xx.com , Fax: + 212 02121 21 .

I dont where this data are fetching from , where they wil mainatain this Customer no, Fax , Mail Id .

Can u help me out this issues...

This data is maintained in the customer master data XD01 in General Data Section.

But its not there in XD02 ,

I would like to write more information, as a Firm logo and some sentences. Is it possible? I can not see any Output type.

Explain me some busineess scenarios .

In Mvt , Is there Mvt not having rev. step.

Important things to study and do the Mvt Types in real time...

Hi Kumar,

If any output type is assigned to the sales order and they will have these values in the FORM(Script/Layout technically).

So, it will display these values in the print preview.
