Workflow notification

Hi All,

The MDM workflow works fine but my notification mail is not being received.

I have installed the MDM <u>locally</u> and what would be my mail.domain.com??

The user is declarated in the console with an email addres also I have an internet connection. But unfortunatly the report is not detailed (Error: Could not send e-mail from - to)

Hi Aklilu

Here are the steps to set up the mail notifications:

- insert mail addy into the user account.

- in the mds.ini add the mail server within the respective repository part under "Mail Server= "

- check the mdm workflow step settings.

It could happen that your mail server is not allowed. Check this with your basis team.

Hi Khan,

I have already checked all steps and I have also read several helpful discussions on the forum. But I have installed MDM on my PC locally and what would be the the Mail Server=(mail.domain.com)??
