More than one ship -to parties

Pls tell me how to configure more than one ship -to parties in sales order?

Hi Gopal,

You have to manually enter the ship to party for every item. Then only this scenario is possible.

You can enable partner function at the sales document header and and at item category level. But this will enable only the partner function, but it will not decide the partner of that partner function. Whatever is decided at the header level (default SH as maintained in customer master) will be filled as SH for all the items in that sales order. You have to manually change it if you want the SH to be different for different items.

You have to mention the ship to parties in your customer and enter manually different ship to parties at item level in sales order.

hi ,

go to transaction code OBD2 and take take ship-party as a account group and create the customers

then go to transaction code xdo2 and assign this customers numbers giving partner functions as SP IN the sales area partner function tab

then go to transaction code Va01 ans raise the sales order you can find the multiple ship to parties

you cant create ship to parties in sale order, you need to go to the original cusotmer master , and there in the partner function tab you can add multiple ship to parties.

Hi,

Go to t.code XD02 and give the sold to party , then go partner functions Tab page and there u enter the number of the ship to party whom u want to consider in the sales order. So that when u create a sales order, system will give u a pop message of the list of ship to parties for that particular sold to party. U can select the ship to party there.

This can be done with the help of partner determination procedure.

Create multiple ship-to parties and assign to the sold party in XD02 of the Sold to party.
