Upgrade ERP2004 -> ERP2005 - error in EU_IMPORT1 phase

My upgrade is stopping in the phase EU_IMPORT1.

It is trying to create some new tables and then create a primary index on that table.

eg. it is creating table DDNTF~ and then trying to add a constraint of DDNTF_{0 as the primary key. However, this object already exists as the primary key of the table DDNTF. Its almost as if it should be trying to create constraint DDNTF}~0.

The same happens for tables CO2MAP_{, CO2MAPINF}, DDFTX_{, DYNPLOAD}, DYNPTXTLD_{, O2PAGINC} , O2PAGRT_{, REPOLOAD}, DDNTT_CONV_UC_{, DDNTT}, DDNTF_CONV_UC~.

I have renamed the original indexes using ^ notation in order to progress
