Auto Cad Sap Integration

Hello,

We have installed Autocad interface, for Autocad 2006,

Cad View is working fine, but SAP - view is not working, while we select sap view, by default it is asking saving of drawing1, on cancelling this it simply comes out ,

On first time saving of any drawing by cad -view, sap view function properly, some setting is missing, plz help.......

Hi Nishant,

Check your CFG file Settings

Cfg-File\SystemCfg\Defualt\SaveDark\BAPI_DOCUMENT_CREATE2\DOCUMENTFILES\Line_0

then check your settings in "General"

I.e. key "AllCadAppls" --> Value "ACD"

CheckForFileDoubles -> yes

StdKproCategory --> mention your Content Category defined in Content Server

Please let me know after doing this settings

Hi,

The setting what you have suggested was already available in our configuration,

Our main problem is we are not able to go to SAP view directly after login, it is asking to save drawing1.dwg first,once we save this it is allowing to go to SAP view and take out drawings from SAP which were earlier checked-in.

also in cad desk top we are not able to see the characteristic value which were added manually in additional data of documents even after doing configuration of class and characteristic

pl, suggest.
