Forms to be attached in SPRO

Hi all,

I have a requirement where in I have to print labels via smart forms and it should be triggered in some standard transaction. The smart forms are developed but we are not able to figure out where in SPRO the forms have to be attached. I know the requirement is functional but any help in this regard would be great. I will give the details:-

1. Quality Inspection Sample Label

2. Goods Receipt for Process Order

For the above two cases I'd like to know where in SPRO the standard forms for printing the above exist. So, that we can remove the standard form and attach our custom developed smart form over there.

hi,

follow the steps to add these smartform .

1) go to NACE Tcode

2) select application

3) click on OUTPUT TYPES

4) select the output type

5) then click on processing routines at left

6) then click on the new entris

7) then give the trans medium like printout or fax ......etc

😎 give the smartform name at SMARTFORM

9) in processing one give the printprogram name

10) in form routine give ENTRY_US

11) save

ur form and program will be added to the pertculr output type.

Hi Ram,

NACE is the Tcode used to link the Application type, Output Types and its processing Routines like ( Driver programs and attached Script forms or Smartforms).

You should know the Application of a document first Like:

for PO it is EF, for sales Doc's it is V1, for Delivery docs it is V2, for billing Doc's it is V3 etc.

so first select the Application type (ex: EF) for PO and press OUtput types

then a list will come in that you should know the related output type for PO.

in this case it is NEU,

select that and click on the processing Routines button on the lft side

it will display the Medium, Driver Program and the Script form or smartform related to that document..
