pending qutation while creating Inquiry

Hi all,

Here at client site while creating Inquiry the client wans to see how many inquiries are converted in quotations and what are the pending Inquiries ,for this is there any standard reports or transaction or i have to ask my ABAPER to prepare a report.

Hi Sameer,

I think you have to create a report to find out the pending inquiries.

However, while creating a quotation, you can enable the quotation creation in such a way that, if an inquiry exists for that sold to party or material (Header or at item level), then the inquiry numbers will be displayed in the new pop-up window. This can be enabled in VOV8 in the transaction flow screen in the field Quotation messages.

use the transaction code V.04 from here you can get all the incomplete quotations
