Unable to connect Solution Manager 4.0 through SAP GUI

Hello Experts,

We have a problem with Solution Manager 4.0, when we start the services of server, all the services are up and are shown in Green color, but we are unable to Log On to the Solution Manager through SAP GUI. Can anyone suggest me where the problem is, and how to resolve the problem.

Hi,

Did u given instance number 01 in sap logon pad

type this in run

from the start menu -> run->sapgui <solmanhostname> 01 hit enter
