LOGO not comin

Hello friends,

I am working on a smartform where i have to display a LOGO, the logo is coming fine in the print preview but it is not gettin printed

Also i have problem with the bordering & Lines of the templates they are also comin in the print preview but not the in printout,

so is there a problem in the smartform or the problem is in the priner settings

Pls suggest me a solution..........points r assured

Hi

As you mention that the output is coming fine in the print preview, then there is no problem with the smartform.

The problem will be with the Printer. For almost all HP printers, the logo is printed inverted. Check with basis people to configure the printer or apply patch.
