Problem with QRFC

I am not sure if this is the best place to post this, but I am not sure where else to post this. We have a problem in SMQR-> Goto->QRFC Resources....our resource status say: "not ok" in our production box, but is fine in our QA box. Can anyone point me to the problem and how I can get this set to "ok"

Hi,

Just to add on, first go and activate the all the queues. i,e Register and Activate the queues.. then check out..
