SD configuration - quite hard issue

Hallo all

we have something like this

1.One person create order 45xxxx to supplyer of catalogues.

in this order 45xxxx there are any references to material numbers in SAP ony catalogues description.

2.When catalogues are printed ready to send

- are sended to one of our storages (everythime thesame one)

- invoice for this catalogues is entry in cost account for MPK and CO order

- someone who has ordered those catalogues has to create material index for them in SAP but this is material without VALUE (free)

- when is needed LOGISTIC DEPARTMENT with movement 501 put this material on suply in our SAP STORAGE

3.When we need to give those catalogues to customers, divisions or enywhere we use VA01 to create order with type WITHOUT VALUE (free)

this create movements 915 - without value distribution AND 921 inner distribution

then our storage workers take and send catalogues to customers...

4. when we have inaccuracy we corect them with movements 501 and 502 this is takeing/distribution catalogues without order - only quantity

and there is a clue - we need to change it...

1.we need to enter to books cost of catalogues when we give them to deliveries not when we enter them to storages (not when we buy them)

when we SELL them we need to put costs on MPK of customer and CO orders

when we GIVE them for free we need to put cost of catalogues on old accounts

2.we need to have posibility of sell them and to give them for free

3.we need to have posibility to check which customer buy or take for free how much of catalogues - we need to know of their cost

4.we need to know unit price

5.we need to have knowledge about lack of catalogues on storages - automaticly info

6.we need to print deliveries, invoice... so full path with that catalogues when we sell them to customers - like with regular material...

and when to - and what to - change...

Dear Nevargu

If I understood your question correctly, you are printing catalogues in bulk and transferring the same to some location. From there, you are selling to customers. Am I correct ??

If this is your requirement, then you can adopt consignment fillup process. Let me know whether this is of interest to you.
