hi friends,

could you plz tell me how can i saw the print prieview in MB90 for (GR for purchase order).....what are the step by step procedure........plz tell me in detail.

where i have to give print prieview.

Hi Mageshvaran,

1st. you need to assign the output tyoe to the Material document in MB03.

in MB03, u can assogn the output type at messages,

2nd. now goto MB90, give ur output type, Transmission medium, sort order and the processing mode (for 1st time it is1, to repeat for the same document it is 2)

give ur material document no. and the year..... execute it, in the output select ur document ant click the print oreview button...

Hi

First Make sure that the Output configuration with correct output type, Medium and partner

and you have assigned the correct Script form and the printer program in NACE tcode

then execute the MB90

it displays many documents

select a document and see the print preview

Hi,

this is so easy that I'm not sure if I understand your requirement correctly.

Just click on print preview beneath the Process button (second from left).
