Hi,

can any one tell me what is amount field in VBO1, it is same as accrual or accrual is calculated based on this amount?

Accruals , remain constant throughout the cycle.

ammount is the variable,

say for example

for 1 car bought , give 2000 rupees rebate [ accrual rate]

but for 4 cars bought[ scale quantity] = give customer 3000 back [ this is the 'rate' field or ammount]

so none is based on the other, but they should have a logical sequence. so in above example, from 1 to 3 cars, accruals will play the role , from >3 cars, scale quantity/rate will play the role. This is just an agreement, you decide how the agreement gets laid down.
