Can we copy the same quotation to more than one sales order?is it posibble.......pls reply

Hi vepa venkat suhas.,

If the quotation quantity is 100,with reference to quotaion if you raise a sales order for 100 materials then you cannot raise other sales order with reference to the quotation.untill your quatity of 100 in quotation is finished you can raise a sales order

Yes. You can create any number of sales order with reference to quotation, untill the quotation quantity = all sales order quantity created with its reference. Once the quotation quantity is completed, it attans the status as complete.

hi

ye it is possible first create one sale order go for change mode of sale order give your created sale order document number enter in to document select saledocument in tool bar there you can get 'create subsequent order' select that option automatically system will ask the quatation number which you have to create order there give quatation number (header should be same) then automatically you will get all line items which are haveing in that quatation in to the exsisting order save it

the above is for number of quatations in to one sale order

if you want to one quatation into so many orders go for create with reference sale order give the quatation number there go for item selection and how items you want to copy from that quatation just select over there

hai,

usually a quotation is client specific, we does not give a standard quotation to all

the customers, if u want to use the same quotaion of a one customer to another ,

in COPY CONTROLS in order to order (VTAA) -- from QT--OR,

header data --change the copying requirment as 002- different customer.
