Exchange Profile Password logon not possible - too many failed attempts

I am in the middle of copying my PI client after my installation and I am following the steps in the required not. I am trying to access the Exchange Profile but I am getting the above error. The connection user is not locked (nor are my login users). In my install the password was entered incorrectly and I don't have it (I was resetting it also). How can I get past this and access the exchange Profile? Thanks!

Hi Thomas,

Try loggin to exchange profile using the user PISUPER.

If you dont remember the password then create a new user and assign all the roles PISUPER has.

Btw did you generate all the roles? If not go to PFCG and select menu generate roles. In the input give the option as SAP_XI*.

Thanks guys. I figured out based on a OSS Note. I had to unlock the PISUPER user in the right client. Since I was in the middle of the client copy I was looking at the wrong client (I was looking at 01). I'll split your poinst!

you reset our password and try again new the new reset password. do u have SAP_XI_SLD administartor role
