What are all the possible ways for communicating between two systems that doesnt have network connections between them?
Is there any adapter other than SOAP for the above scenario?

you configure separate sender and receivier channels.

You can set different servers, ports, directories for both.
If SAP XI has access to both you could use File/FTP and XI will move the files and transform/map in between.
