Dear All,
During the Support Desk Configurations, I had created lot many test messages, now very soon the out support desk system is going live and I wanted to remove all the test messages from our Solution Manager System and reset the number range for the same.
we have two client in solution manager one is for testing and one is for production.
i have message in both the client i want to delete message from both the client.
I tried to delete this messages using some SAP notes...but could't .....
