Alert Inbox ans Alerts Rule are not working in RWB

Hi All:

I installed SAP XI 3.0 (Service pack 9) to my system, its working fine except

1. SPROXY (When I type SPROXY in R3, it say no connection to ID)

2. Alert Rules and Alert Inbox are not working. When I click on AI and A Configuration in RWV its not opening.

You need to activate it following this blog m
