ITS -webreporting

Hi all,

I am using RFCwebreporting to call report and display it in a browser.

I got the first page correctly but when i am trying to call report directly by clicking on a link in the first page i am getting the following error

URL http://prgm:8000/scripts/wgate.dll call was terminated because the corresponding service is not available.

the href link is like this.

<a href = "http://prgm:8000/scripts/wgate.dll?~service=XGWFC&_FUNCTION=WWW_GET_REPORT&_REPORT=ZJT_BILLDET">display</a>

please help me

Hi Safeer,

I have a similar requirement. As i am new to ITS am not able to progress.

I have a requirement of displaing data from an RFC or a Report in a popup window/browser in an ITS environment.

The report has to be generated from a button placed in a standard service.

Will i be able to make use of RFCwebreporting?

If so will you be able to help me on how to create RFCwebreporting.

Kindly request your help.

hai,

go to SE80

Select Inernet Service and give it a name eg: ZTEST

and Create it

Right click Select HTML template

give Program Name

Screen No

and select Classic

Then go to SICF

select ZTEST

From there You can test by copying the

http://..

details and put into a browser

Give the full domain name.
