Project versions

Hi,

I have created a project version controlled by status. I want delete it but I cannot do it.

Can you help me?

When the original project was created, a version was automatically

written, which is the entry you see in table VSPROJ_CN.

Please review note 160884 which addresses this issue and provides a

report which should delete the table entry. Please bear in mind that the report will delete the version RELESED completely...I mean, not for a single project, but for every project with such version.

To avoid this happening in the future, it is advisable to deactivate

the automatic writing of versions when a status is set.

Please see the 'Solution' section in note 529634 for details on

versions and how to de-activate them.

Is it User Status?... I propose to delete user status for the objects which you have assigned.

it's system status.... Unfortunately, the status is "RELEASED"
