hi,I want to recover my form in se71,cause my form was changed by somebody,so can anybody help me,how can i recover my form.

Highly impossible to get same form ,but you can check in production if the form not relased ,
you can export/import form by using RSTXSCRP Program.

You can't do that. The forms don't have version management.
Better check the version in production system and compare with the latest version and make the changes. There is no other option.
