Recenlly applied support packs in production system

Some jobs are running background & Dialog based on programs SAPLSENA and RK2ACAOP. At that time in SM66 we can see that 'xxxx' user processes are consuming all dialog workprocesses. The problem suspecting related programs are in SM12 there are a lot of locks on table EDIDC. This causing performance on the system.
