Table inside a Smartform - very STRANGE problem.

As the subject says, I have a very strange problem with my table. I hope I can explain it clearly.

I have three row types defined in this table node (type1 - type3). The line items are printed using row type type1. Here is where it gets "tricky"

If the line items extend onto a second page then the three row types are printed at the top of the table, offset to the left margin. If the line items do not get extended then it prints normal. If the line items are all on one page but the footer is on a second page then the table prints normal. The only time that these "extra row types" are printed is if line items go to the next page.

Here is an example: I have a form that is printing 10 items. Only 9 items fit on a page so the 10th is on the second page. In this example, the first page will have these three "extra row types" printed at the top of the table but the second page will print correctly. If the form is on 4 pages then the first three will print wrong but the 4th will not.

I wish I could upload the form, I will try to get it uploaded to an image hosting service and post the link to the image.

Regards,

Davis

Here is an example. This is just the first page. As you can see, at the top of the table, each of my three row types is printed and shifted to the left. The top row is for the heading, the second row is for the line items and column titles, and the last row is for the footer.
