a small suggestion, please check all the spro and easy access for the SD related functions. It gives a good idea that way to proceed and learn better.

Hi Murthy,

the T.Code for shipping point determination is OVL2.

Here you give Shipping Condition (From Customer Master), Loading Group (From Material Master) and Plant to the Shipping point.

System determines Shipping point for a line item in Sales order, automatically by taking 3 factors into consideration.

a) shipping conditions from Customer Master – Ship to Party or Sales document Header

b) Loading Group from Material Master

c) Delivering Plant of line item will propose shipping point.

Note: we maintain shipping conditions on the Customer Master – Ship to Party as well as sales document Header level. If we maintain in both areas then system gives a priority for Sales document Header.
