Change printer name for invoice

How can we change the Printer Name in SAP for Invoicing ?

This is done via VV32.

Yes T.Code: VV32 does the same thing, but it is always preferable to print from VF02 if you are already in the transaction, so the method that I mentioned before does the same.

Anyway thanx for updating me with a T.Code which I was not aware of.

Hi,

In top menu in the VF02 go to GOTO - Header - Output, here give the output type, medium in ur case it is "print output". Then click on the "Communication Method" button. A window appears, where in the Logical Destination field you can select the Printer.

Hi,

In VF02 go to output determination.Here select the output type and select communication medium.Here you can set the Printer name.

But the default printer name can be set in user's own data

Hi

When you click on Output for Invoice you get POP Window there you can change the Printer as you required.

Or try to Use NACE T-CODE
