Hi Experts,

i've installed a Solution Manager 4.0 (Q13) on Windows 2003 Server and Oracle 10g. There is one solution with one SCM System. The System Monitoring / Administration works, but the following occur once every time when I use TA dswp:

I have to login to the Solution Manager system (Q13) when i want to show the System Overview. After login, i see the SCM System.

If I cancel the login, the following error page opens:

Call of URL http://<i>FQDN</i>:8000/sap/bc/solman/defaultUser/graphic/solmangraphic.htm terminated due to error in logon data.

Error Code: ICF-LE-http-c:100-l:E-T:-C:3-U:-P:-L:3

Thank you!

Hi Kilan,

If you do not want to get the login screen every time you enter into transaction DSWP you need to maintain services in the transaction SICF as following:

1. Choose External Aliases and select default host.

2.. Select External Alias -> Create.

A dialog box is displayed.

3. Enter /sap/bc/solman/defaultUser as external alias.

4. Enter description, such as "Solution Manager Default User".

5. Select "Logon Data Required" in the Logon Data tab.

6. Specify the user for http access that you want to use.

7. Enter a password.

The password must be the same as for the user you use to login .

8. Open Default <b>Host -> sap -> bc -> solman</b> in the <b>Target Element tab</b>, and double-click on Default User.

This should solve your issue.

Please award points for helpful answer.

Hello

What's the solution is there is a lot of users who use DSWP transaction ?

This solution means that all users connect themselves to DSWP with the same logon, so the same rights ?

Hi Frederic,

as far as i know this user is only for viewing. The permissions should be set on the user which you use for the log in solution manager.
