Hi CP Datt,

In standard system AMIW(Minimum SalesOrdrVal) and AMIZ (Minimum ValueSurchrg)condition type can be used for this purpose. make sure both the conditioin type are in your pricing procedure. We can maintain condition record (in VK11) for AMIW.

Eg. The minimum order value ( AMIW ) is maintained as Rs.500. the customer has placed order for Rs.200. In the order minimum order value (AMIW) is taken as order value. Minimum order value surcharge (AMIZ) of Rs.300 (Rs.500-Rs.200) is charged.

PMIN (Minimum Price) condition type is used for maintaneance of minimumm price for an product. We can maintain condition record (in VK11) for PMIN. even if less price is entered/calculated in the pricing procedure, the system will take this price as selling price.

Eg. The PMIN of an product is set as Rs.1000. If manually somebody tries to enter an lesser value, the system will not consider the lesser value. The system will take Rs.1000 as the price.

Reward points if useful.
