ECC 6.0 installation error

Dear support,

We are trying to install ECC 6.0 on windows platform and all database loads are finished but we are getting error at phase START JAVA ENGINE as

ERROR 2007-06-21 01:13:34

CJS-30151 Java process server0 of instance EC6/DVEBMGS01 [ABAP: ACTIVE, Java: (dispatcher: RUNNING, server0: UNKNOWN)] did not start after 3:30 minutes. Giving up.

FCO-00011 The step startJava with step key |NW_Onehost|ind|ind|ind|ind|0|0|NW_Onehost_System|ind|ind|ind|ind|1|0|NW_CI_Instance|ind|ind|ind|ind|11|0|NW_CI_Instance_StartJava|ind|ind|ind|ind|4|0|startJava was executed with status ERROR .

I heard this is common error due to virtual memory problem but i have 3 GB memory and virtual memory set to 12GB still problem exist.

We are able to login to sap but Installation is still pending.

Can anybody throw some light on this?

Start the JAVA instace manully and resume the installtion
