It seems that loading of the table BDCP was not successfully completed.
You can try the following:
open a cmd.exe and step to the installation directory. Then try a
find /I /N "BDCP" *.TSK | more
Then check the corresponding .log file and search for BDCP. Was that table successfully loaded?

I don't know why so many people did tell you so much nonsense about this problem.
ORA-00942 is Oracle Datadictionary related and has absolutely nothing to do with Spaces in SAPInst working directory (which are tested and working).
CREATE VIEW...
will create a View, other db vendors named it Query, which is a select statement on existing tables. if one of the referenced tables did not exist in the DB you will get an ORA-00942 on Oracle.
according the error message:
CREATE VIEW "/SAPTRX/V_AODD02" ( "TRK_OBJ_TYPE" , "TABLEDEF" , "DDICDEF" , "DBTAB" , "DDLANGUAGE" , "DDTEXT" , "AS4LOCAL" ) AS SELECT T0001."TRK_OBJ_TYPE", T0001."TABLEDEF", T0001."DDICDEF", T0001."DBTAB", T0003."DDLANGUAGE", T0003."DDTEXT", T0002."AS4LOCAL" FROM "/SAPTRX/AOALLTAB" T0001, "DD02L" T0002, "DD02T" T0003 WHERE T0002."TABNAME" = T0001."DDICDEF" AND T0002."TABNAME" = T0003."TABNAME" AND T0002."AS4LOCAL" = 'A')

Hi Raju,
Reason and Prerequisites
ORA-00942 is returned if a database object cannot be accessed. This usually occurs for one of the following two reasons:
The object does not actually exist.
The user is not authorized to access the object.
First, you have to determine the triggering statement. If this is not known, it can usually be found in the relevant log file:
Error in R/3: Developer traces (transaction ST11) or short dump (transaction ST22)
Error with SAPDBA or BR*Tools: Log file of the tool
You can then determine the objects to be accessed from the triggering statement. If only one object is called in the statement, this triggers the problems. If several objects exist (for example, as part of a join), there is a problem accessing at least one object.
You can use the following database scan to determine whether there are objects with the name <object> in the database and which attributes (owner, type and so on) these have:
SELECT * FROM DBA_OBJECTS WHERE OBJECT_NAME = '<object>';
Note that <object> must be capitalized in full.
You have different solution options depending on the error scenario:
1. Manual access: Object belongs to another user, or a typing error
2. Accessing DBA, V$ or GV$ tables: Dictionary scripts are not imported correctly.
3. Accessing DBA, V$ or GV$ tables: Insufficient authorization
4. Accessing USER_IND_COLUMNS: SAP help view is not created correctly.
5. Executing catalog.sql and catproc.sql: Message can be ignored.
6. Accessing SAPUSER: OPS$ mechanism is not created correctly.
7. Accessing PLAN_TABLE at Explain: Script for explains is not executed.
8. Executing SAPDBA or BR*Tools: SAPDBA role is not imported correctly.
9. Executing SAPDBA or BR*Tools: Bug
10. Explain of DDIC objects: Insufficient authorizations
11. Complex BW query: Oracle bug with 8.1.7
12. Accessing view: Insufficient authorizations for underlying objects
13. Accessing SAP table: Table is missing on the database.
Solution
1. If you get an ORA-00942 error when you manually execute SQL statements (for example, in SQLPLUS), check whether this is caused by a typing error. Also check whether you are logged on as the user to whom the object belongs. If this is not the case, either log on as this user or set the user name in front of the object names (separated by a period). For example:
SQL> connect / as sysdba
SQL> desc t000;
ERROR:
ORA-04043: object t000 does not exist
SQL> desc sapr3.t000;
Name Null? Type
-
-
-
MANDT NOT NULL VARCHAR2(3)
MTEXT NOT NULL VARCHAR2(25)
ORT01 NOT NULL VARCHAR2(25)
MWAER NOT NULL VARCHAR2(5)
ADRNR NOT NULL VARCHAR2(10)
...
SQL> connect sapr3/sap
Connected.
SQL> desc t000;
Name Null? Type
-
-
-
MANDT NOT NULL VARCHAR2(3)
MTEXT NOT NULL VARCHAR2(25)
ORT01 NOT NULL VARCHAR2(25)
MWAER NOT NULL VARCHAR2(5)
ADRNR NOT NULL VARCHAR2(10)
...
2. Check in accordance with note 582427 whether the Oracle dictionary scripts such as catalog.sql or catproc.sql are imported correctly.
3. Refer to note 736313 and make sure that the executing user has sufficient authorizations (for example, SELECT_CATALOG_ROLE).
4. Refer to note 496165 and delete the synonyms in question.
5. ORA-00942 messages when you execute catalog.sql and catproc.sql can be ignored.
6. If ORA-00942 is issued when the user logs on to the database and accesses the SAPUSER table, check the OPS$ mechanism in accordance with note 400241.
7. Refer to note 641630 and execute utlxplan.sql with the database user in question.
8. If ORA-00942 errors occur when you execute SAPDBA or BR*Tools, import the current version of the SAPDBA role in accordance with note 134592 and ensure that no errors are logged in the sapdba_role.log.
9. In the past, different bugs resulted in the SAPDBA and the BR*Tools resulted in ORA-00942 errors. Ensure that you are using a current version of the tools (see note 12741).
10. Import the fix from 519832.
11. When you execute monitoring jobs (for example, as part of EWA), syslog entries with ORA-00942 may occur with XPL (explain). These can be ignored (see note 640553). The alternative would be to allocate comprehensive authorizations for the SAP database user, which is not to be recommended for security reasons.
12. If the error occurs when you access a view, it may be due to insufficient authorizations for the view's underlying objects. In this case, note the necessary settings in accordance with note 15033.
13. If an ORA-00942 occurs when you access a SAP table from R/3 and the above SELECT on DBA_OBJECTS does not return an object with the same name, the object only exists in the R/3 Data Dictionary and not at Oracle level. In this case, you must determine the individual reason for the non-existent table in each case (for example, a user error) and take appropriate action (for example, create an empty table with SE11/SE14, restore, transport, and so on). Search also for SAP notes with ORA-00942 and the name of the relevant object or the executed action.

Oracle 8.1.7 will NOT run on Windows 2003</b>. You need to get an updated installation CD set for Oracle 9.2 or use Windows 2000 with SP4.
From Oracle Metalink documet 161546.1:
Oracle does not plan to provide certification or support of Oracle8 or the
Oracle8i Database Server components on Windows 2003.

in my system I inastlled successfully Oracle 8.1.7.1
on windows 2003 with SP2.
its working fine
yes - it MAY work - but it´s an unsupported configuration and one may run into problems later. Additionally 8.1.x is LONG out of support by SAP and Oracle (since end of 12/2004). There are technical dependencies (e. g. the CCMS) that will make problems, read note 668152:
In particular, products based on WEB AS 6.30 and WEB AS 6.40 are technically dependant on Oracle version 9.2, which precludes such a release. This is valid for R/3 Enterprise 4.7 Ext. 2.00, for example, which is based on WEB AS Version 6.30.
So before trying to fiddle with such kind of problems as a beginner, one should simply use a certified combination of software that is known, proved and supported to work.
