Hi gurus
Can you explain about actual GI (gods issue) date and planned GI date? Can actual GI date differ from planned GI date?
Regards
ipsit
HI
Planned GI date :
A date type that specifies the exact date on which a business transaction should take place. The planned date can occur within a planned completion period./The number of days required
Actual GI date :
A date that has already occurred, for example, the actual delivery date.

Hi Ipshit,
Planned goods issue date is determined as a result of availability check which took place in the back ground.
If you goto sales order and have a look at your schedule line data, then the confirmation date in the schedule line will be your planned GI date.
Actual goods issue date is the date when you actually press the goods issue button.Your billing date in VF01 will be same as the actual goods issue date.
Reward points if it helps.
