Shipping Condition 51 is not defined

Hi,

In the Sales Order creating after entering the SP and PO, it says "Shipping Condition 51 is not defined". I checked the customer master record and in the shipping tab it showed the 51, then I changed it to 02. But after changing it, 51 is not one of the possible entries. Why does it appear in when creating the order although it is not one of the possible entries in the customer master data?

Hi HK

Check your definitions on shipping conditions, 51 is probably defined and assigned to the sales document type. check at SPRO->Logistic Execution->Shipping->basic shipping functions->Shipping point and Goods Receiving point determination->Define Shipping Conditions by sales document type.

If it has been assigned to the sales document type that you are using, it will overrule the shipping condition assigned to that particular customer. So you would have to first remove the shipping condition 51 assignment to the document type for the document to take shipping condition from customer master.

Pls check if there are recent changes to the Shipping conditions. Probably this was valid till sometime ago and they might have removed it now. They might not have updated the Cust.master. Pls check.
