Minimum order quantity fee - in pricing

Hi SAP Gurus

Please some one can help me to understand working of minimum order quantity fee applicable to all the customers.

Ex:

Material 1 - 10 (mimimum order quantity)

Material 2 - 10 mimimum order quantity)

Material 3 - 5 (mimimum order quantity)

Material1 + Material 2 + material 3 = 10 (mimimum order quantity)

If the customer is not reaching the above criteria he should pay $10 for the particular order.

How to do that in pricing.

Please some one can drive me.If any body has more questions on these please let me know.

User exits in the SD orders. These are program names (SE38):

MV45ATZZ

For entering metadata for sales document processing. User-specific

metadata must start with "ZZ".

MV45AOZZ

For entering additional installation-specific modules for sales

document processing which are called up by the screen and run under

PBO (Process Before Output) prior to output of the screen. The

modules must start with "ZZ".

MV45AIZZ

For entering additional installation-specific modules for sales

document processing. These are called up by the screen and run under

PAI (Process after Input) after data input (for example, data

validation). The User exits in the SD orders. These are program names (SE38):

Thank you very much for your input,

But my requirement is nothing do with minimum order value.

All I have to check minimum ORDER QUANTITY for all the customers for the particular order and if any body is not falling on that automatically $10 fee has to be applicable.

Please any one can help me on this issue also I have given an example.Please any one have any questions regarding my example ask me, I will explain once again.

Minimum Order Value:

 You may create a minimum value for each order using condition type AMIW.

 If the value in the order header falls short of this minimum order value during pricing, the system will copy it as the net order value automatically.

 The minimum order value is a statistical condition.

 Condition type AMIW is a group condition and is divided among the different items according to value.

 Calculation formula 13 is assigned to condition type AMIZ in the pricing procedure. This calculates the minimum value surcharge by subtracting the net item value from minimum order value AMIW.

Minimum Price - PMIN:

 You can create a minimum price for a material using condition type PMIN.

 If the minimum price is not met during pricing, the system determines the difference using condition type PMIN.

In your case you may have to use an user exit if PMIN is not meeting the requirement. You will have to test the same & verify.
