Hi All,

Can you someone please give me some information on what are the functionalities available in ECC6.0 Service. I need this information urgently as I am preparing a comparison document for my client. Any input here will be very helpful to me.

Hi Rajesh,

Thanks for the information. Can you please elaborate the Service features.. like warranty etc. I am focussing on the Service area only. Also what are the basic Service functionalities available in ECC(even the earlier version). Actually I am new to this area and trying to build this document. I am from CRM area and actually preparing a comparison with SAP CRM Service.
