HI,

We are upgrading BI 3.5 to 7.0. I am facing an error during upgrade Assistant Phase.

SEVERE ERROR: error 10 during start of RSUPGCUAGEN111

BATCHJOB RSUPGCUAGEN111 FAILED

SEVERE ERROR: calling CUA GEN failed - repeat phase

i am not able to move forward.

Hello Magham,

Are you using central user adminsitration in your systems. If yes then please disconnect the system under upgrade from CUA.
