Outbound delivery - G/L A/c For a company code is blocked for Posting

Hi All,

I got an issue with respect to PGI for an delivery.

I am getting the following error message "Account (G/L Account No.) Company Code is blocked for posting".

Kindly let me know how to rectify this issue.

Hi.,

Try in FSP0,the conserned GL account number,Unblock if there is a block,

Hi, Thanks for your inputs.

I want to know from where that G/L A/c is getting picked. I want to know the config details for this.

Using FS00 we can release this and do PGI.

My issue is that from where this A/C is getting picked during PGI.

The G/L is being picked up from the T.Code: OBYC there depending upon number of factors like chart of account, valuation class etc. the system picks up G/L account. Click on GBB in T.Code:OBYC and enter Chart of account and you can see the G/L accounts assigned to valuation class.

I have checked this. But I could n't find that G/L what I am checking. Kindly let me know from where that a/c code is being picked during PGI. Here it happens for intercompany.

hi,

go to transaction code FSP0 and go G/L accounts in the menu bar go to block, click it then it will take you new screen

where you can see the options at the bottom just unckeck them and your problem will be solved

Go to T.Code: FSP0 and unblock the G/L account for posting.

Go to top menu G/L account in this if the g/l account is block u will have "Unblock" in the menu. Click on Unblock then it will show check boxes where you uncheck all of items that the checked.

With the help of your FI consultant you can unblock that said GL Account.
