Hello Madhu,

The installation of the cProject Suite includes cFolders.

Have you tried to logon to cFolders yet? The URL is http://<machine>:<port>/sap/bc/bsp/sap/cfx_rfc_ui/default.htm

If you are not able to start cFolders, one basic setting is activating the cfx_fc_ui service using transaction SICF.

Please see chapter 6.1.3 of the cFolder configuration guide for details. You find it here:

http://service.sap.com/plm-inst - > SAP Business Suite Applications -> SAP PLM -> using cProject Suite 3.10 - > Configuration Guide Collaboration Folders (cFolders)

In general, follow the configuration guide step by to make sure you set up cFolders completely.

Bye, Michael

Hello Madhu,

In contrast to cProjects 3.10 cFolders 3.10 should be installed on a separate server in the DMZ because of network security considerations. Please have a look at http://help.sap.com/saphelp_cpro31/helpdata/en/d8/caa73575274e38b12589b5bccba5b9/frameset.htm

You might install cFolders 3.10 in the same network segment as ECC 5.0, if you use cFolders for internal collaboration only !

The cFolders application is accessed from ECC 5.0 by the transactions:

CFE01: Publish documents from ECC to cFolders

CFE02: Pubkish BOM from ECC to cFolders

CFI01: Import documents from cFolders to ECC

CFI02: Import BOM from cFolders to ECC

Regards
