Can anybody tell me the HR interview questions once we clear techinacal round...

I have some question pls put some light on these topics...

1. Why you have shifted from Sles to SAP?

2. Wat is the differnce between SAP and Domain exepriecne if i have put 2 years exepricece..?

3. wat do u want to see after 3 years and 5 years?/

1. I have sufficient exposure to sales & marketing and with this knowledge i really want myself to be some key element in the process of customizing the business requirements in ERP i.e in sap (any how everyone want to lead a good quality of life with the available skills )

2.SAP EXP is either in implementation or in support (worked on sap projects)

domain exp is prior to sap i.e in marketing or sales

3.Get a command over sap sd and also in the integration areas with different modules and like to contribute my knowledge being in the key positions like a team lead and a pm
