Hi,
Go to UME page.
Then create a role with name say <b>lcradministrator</b>.
Go to the tab Assigned actions.
Search for the actions with the search criteria as <b>lcr*</b>
Assign these actions to the just created role i.e <b>lcradministrator</b>
Then search for the administrator user.
Assign the lcradministrator role to the Administrator user.
Now try accessing the SLD page.
This will solve your problem.
