Try running the (tcode) SUIM reports.

Run them for Users > Exectuable transactions.

Also check out some of the other reports available.

I dont believe the SUIM reports will give a history of transactional access.....

You can do this by T-Code SUIM -> User

-> Users by Complex Selection Criteria

-> By Transaction authorizations

Here you give T-Code and execute. It will list all the Users who has

authorized to that T-Code.

To do this, you should configure CCMS

hi Rani,

Run Transaction: S_BCE_68001398

(via Menupath: Tcode: SUIM , then user -> users by Complex selection criteria -> by transaction authorization

Then put the transaction code you want to check: e.g. MM01.

Execute and you will get the list of users, who have access...

Cheers !!

Satya.

Hi Rani,

Run Report RSUSR002. Enter * in 'User' and MM01 in 'Transaction' field. It will display list of users with MM01 transaction.

Hope it helps.

Please award points if it is useful.

Thanks & Regards,
