Hi Venkat,
There is a Lotus Notes Technical adapter available for SAP XI. This adapter is developed by iWay and it can be used for the integration for SAP XI.
To have more info check this file Page 14:
To use this adapter you can contact SAP and iWay.

We had 1 such requirement. These r the possible options
1. According to Lotus Domino 6.5 docs, it is possible to develop Web Service provider and consumer. This way the Domino-XI integration could be done in terms of SOAP protocol
2. In case of HTTP, an agent needs to be developed that processes the request XML. This could be implemented easily - however this is a proprietary solution since hard coding of the formats is required.
3. Domino JDBC driver relies on DLL files, which are only available on Win32 platform. So in case where XI is installed on Windows platform, this functionality could be supported.
4. Another approach could be to develop an Adapter. This could be achieved with the help of Lotus Domino Toolkit for Java (LDT4J)
5. Use of an SAP Certified Adapters e.g Partner adapter provided by konplan
