Search field 'requester' is not working correctly in Goods receipt TA

Hello,

We are using SRM 5.0 with classic scenario.

We are also using Goods receipt centrally. But we have some problems with the search criteria to find the PO again.

What does exact mean field "requester" ? Is it the SC requester?

If I put my business partner number in this field 'requester' and I click on start then PO's appear on the screen but much more then required by this search criteria. I can see much more then the ones where I'm the requisitionner...

Anybody any idea on that?

Hi

<u>Requester is the SC Creator / Requsitioner. Either the User role is having more roles and profiles.</u>

Have you assigned the standard SAP roles to the user ->

SAP_BBP_STAL_ADMINISTRATOR

SAP_EC_BBP_PURCHASER

SAP_EC_BBP_STAL_PURCHASER

SAP_EC_BBP_ADMINISTRATOR

to the users profile. (Ask BASIS Team to help you out).

<b>This problem seems to be relate with the Z profiles created by BASIS Team using PFCG Transaction.</b>

Hi Yann,

I checked the note you mentioned but it's not valid for us because we already have the right support package.

We still have the problem, and I'm still searching a solution....

If you have any additional idea don't hesitate.

Yann,

We had some inconsistencies between support packages installed in our different clients environments. Normally support package SAPKIBKT08 will be installed next week and it will be solved then....

Let's cross fingers,
