Fixed Recipients - Alert Category

Hi,

I trying create a new alert category, but when i clicked in Fixed Recipients i don't have any action. Don't show me any message or any screen for input the recipients.

What happen?

hi,

you need to choose/select <b>alert category</b> first

and only then choose fixed recipients

if the alert category is not choosen you won't be able to assing any recipient

When i choose one alert category, i don't have any action.Is possible, this is a authorization problem?

You will need to add the role SAP_BC_ALM_CUST to your user.
