Hi
I have a Inbound to SAP scenario IDOC-XI- 3files,
Out of these three files 2 has same structure and the remaining one has different structure. Is it possible to acheive, can anyone tell me the step to acheive the same.

I think you can do multimapping as shown in the Jin's blog:

You can go for a 1:N mapping here. Have IDOC at the sender side and as target define 3 msgs. One each for the receiver. You will go for Enhanced Interface determination.
Search SDN with key words <b>Enhanced Interface Determination</b>. You will get the links.
